RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At VERGRE, we stand behind the quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition — including tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vergre.com.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@vergre.com so we can resolve the issue without delay.


EXCEPTIONS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items

We also do not accept returns for gift cards or items purchased on final sale.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and returning the original item once your return request is approved. This ensures the fastest processing time.


EUROPEAN UNION — 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
